Quite a few folks have been having troubles with submitting various forms on our website lately, including our Absent form, Release of Information, etc. The trouble has been identified and a fix applied. Forms should work once again!
If you re-visit a form page where you were previously having trouble, refresh the page once before you attempt to fill in and submit the form. This should clear that page from your browser’s cache (memory).
