We are currently looking for a rental coordinator to oversee user groups renting our gyms, foyer, kitchen, and field. Responsibilities of the rental coordinator include: opening/closing spaces (key/code) and cul de sac gates, orienting user groups, ensuring spaces and equipment are left clean and in good repair, and completing a post-user checklist for the office. Coordinator “hours” will be irregular, outside regular school operation times – including weekends. Compensation will be based on the number of open/close times and hourly for user groups that need event supervision.
