In PE, students learn to value and take care of their bodies for self, God, and others. Physical activities are not only valuable in the development of a healthy person, they provide opportunity to learn discipline, trust, respect, encouragement and teamwork. Daily Physical Activity (DPA), as mandated by the provincial government, is fulfilled in semesters when students are in PE. DPA is tracked and recorded by families, and encouraged and reported by the school in semesters when students are not in PE. Cedars offers PE 10, Volleyball 11, and PE 12 each year. Grade 11 students are permitted to take PE 12.
