For the next couple of months, PAC is running a trial for accepting payments for hot lunch via e-transfer. Instructions are below and are also included on the form. If you have any questions, please email PAC at hotlunch@cedars.bc.ca

Payment by E-Transfer

Important: E-transfer payments must be made by the deadline or orders cannot be processed.

  1. Download the fillable PDF from our Forms Page
  2. Enter the information using your computer, save form.
  3. Make e-transfer payment for form total, including the extra $2.00 to cover e-transfer fees, to hotlunch@cedars.bc.ca
  4. Email your saved form to hotlunch@cedars.bc.ca

Payment by Cash or Cheque

  1. Download the fillable PDF from our Forms Page
  2. Enter the information needed on your computer and print out OR print out and write in the information as usual
  3. Return the form, with proper payment (no change given), to the school (elementary students to classroom teacher, high school students to the Main Office)
  4. Note that the $2.00 fee does not apply to cash or cheque payments!
