Why is community so important to Cedars?
Children who are a part of a grounded community like ours are optimistic and hopeful about the future. They have a sense of being a part of something important where God is in control.
Are Cedars’ students ready for university when they graduate?
We know we have a strong academic program because we have students graduate from here who go to every university in BC and many more across North America. Our students who want to go to the big Universities not only get in but also thrive.
What sports do you offer?
Volleyball, basketball, girl’s soccer, badminton, track and field, cross country, and boy’s golf.
What arts programs do you offer?
Drama, band, music, and worship arts.
Our family isn’t Christian, but we want “private” education. Is Cedars still good for my children, or will they feel excluded by their peers?
Our school climate and culture is one where everyone is welcome. All students will be socially welcomed and academically challenged and stimulated.
Through their time with us at Cedars, it is our hope that your children will come to desire a relationship with God. However, even if they don’t, it is a caring community that will nurture all children, regardless of their background or beliefs.
